Although our gold vermeil and 14k gold plated stainless steel jewelry is waterproof and very durable, we recommend avoiding unnecessary exposure to water, harsh chemicals, and abrasive materials. This will prolong the lifespan of your jewelry pieces and help maintain their shine and luster. We recommend storing your jewelry in a cool, dry place when not in use. We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and offer a 90-day warranty on all of our products. If you experience any workmanship or material defect issues with your jewelry within the first 90 days of purchase, please contact our customer service team at support@madebyaltair.com and we will work to resolve the issue. Please note that warranty cases are worked on a case by case basis.
