Returns & Exchanges
Return Period: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 21 days of receiving it for a full refund.
Condition of Items: The item(s) must be new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygienic reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for items on sale or custom-made items.
Costs:
- Returns from Canada or the United States of America: A return postage fee of $10.00 CAD (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- International returns (anywhere other than Canada or the U.S.): At this time, international customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs associated with their return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, less of the above costs.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
Step 1: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@madebyaltair.com within 21 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in the email.
Step 2: We will review your return request and, if it's approved, we'll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Step 3: Pack your returnable item and follow the return instructions provided.
NOTE:
For returns initiated from Canada or the United States of America, a return postage fee of $10.00 CAD (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund.
International customers (returns initiated anywhere other than Canada or the United States of America) are responsible for paying all return shipping costs associated with their return.
Step 4: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition.
Step 5: If the returned item passes our inspection, we will process your refund within 5 - 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at support@madebyaltair.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
We do not have an official program for exchanging products and handle all exchanges as returns. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style please contact our customer service team at support@madebyaltair.com with a return request. Afterward, you can make a new purchase on our website for the desired item you wish to receive. Please note that we will only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
