Shipping to Canada and the United States of America:
- Free shipping on orders over $50 CAD: We offer free shipping for orders over $50 CAD being shipped to addresses within Canada and the contiguous United States, excluding certain regions.
- Exclusions: Please note that our free shipping on orders over $50 CAD offer does not apply to orders being shipped to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut in Canada, as well as Alaska and Hawaii in the United States. However, for orders being delivered to these regions, we offer free shipping on orders above $150 CAD. For orders below this threshold, standard shipping fees will apply.
International Shipping:
- Free Shipping Threshold: We offer free international shipping for orders over $150 CAD.
- Orders Below Threshold: For international orders below $150 CAD, standard shipping rates will apply. Shipping fees will be calculated during the checkout process based on the destination, shipping method and package weight.
Shipping time estimates may vary depending on factors such as destination, shipping method, customs processing, and unforeseen circumstances. Please enter your shipping address at checkout to determine a more accurate shipping time estimate.
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can easily monitor the progress of your shipment.
Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.
If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact our customer service team at support@madebyaltiar.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your shipping address before your order ships. Unfortunately, we cannot redirect your order once your item(s) have been dispatched.
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at support@madebyaltair.com immediately. We will work with our carrier to resolve the issue and provide you with an adequate solution.
Please note that all prices on our website do not include taxes or duties that may be applicable to your order. You will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. If you refuse to pay these fees and your package is returned to us, we will only refund the cost of the items in your order, minus any shipping fees.
