Updated Shipping Policy

We now offer free shipping to Canada and the United States on orders over $50 CAD. For orders under this amount, standard shipping rates apply.

Shipping rates for countries other than Canada and the US are determined by the weight and destination of the package.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 21 days of receipt of the product to arrange for a return. All eligible products must be returned in their original condition, and shipping fees are non-refundable. All earrings are final sale. We reserve the right to refuse any returns. We do not accept exchanges.

Limited Warranty Period

We offer a limited warranty for a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the purchased item(s). This limited warranty is applicable only to potential defects arising from the materials used or the workmanship involved in the production of our jewelry products.

Scope of Warranty

Under this limited warranty, we guarantee that our jewelry products will be free from defects caused by materials or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of receipt. We will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any eligible item found to be defective within the warranty period, subject to the terms and conditions herein.

1. Exclusions and Limitations:

a. Damage Caused by Purchaser: 

This limited warranty specifically excludes any damage to the jewelry caused by the purchaser, including but not limited to accidents, improper handling, negligent use, misuse, alterations, modifications, repairs, or any other actions or omissions not directly attributable to our materials or workmanship.

b. Normal Wear and Tear: 

This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the jewelry, which may include scratches, dents, fading, discoloration, or loss of stones due to regular use.

Exclusive Remedy

In the event that an eligible item is found to be defective within the warranty period, our sole obligation shall be to repair or replace the item, as determined by us. We reserve the right to use comparable materials or substitute a similar item if the original is unavailable. If repair or replacement is not feasible, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the defective item.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

Except for the limited warranty explicitly provided herein, we expressly disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any other warranty arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade.

Limitation of Liability
